HYDERABAD, Feb 7: Session Judge Parkash Lal M.Ambwani on Wednesday recorded the statements of three detainees, who were found in illegal detention on Feb 4, during a raid at the police station, Hatri, conducted by sixth extra joint civil judge, Ali Ahmed Jan.

The detainees included Ghaus Bux, son of applicant, Bukshan Jatoi and Muneer Jatoi. They were produced before the court on Wednesday.

The statement of the SHO of Hatri police station would be recorded on Thursday.

Ghaus Bux told the court that he was arrested on Feb 2, and was not produced before any court. Bukshan Jatoi and Muneer told the court that they were brought to the police station on Feb 4, along with the weapons which were in the name of Ghaus Bux.
