Thursday evening was filled with captivating singing performances, with artists from Alhamra Academy of Performing Arts delivering renditions of Pakistani film music classics. Additionally, a master flute player graced the event by playing the enchanting tunes.
Alhamra Cultural Complex’s inviting open red brick floor and a nice hall creates the perfect setting for musicians and singers to captivate a diverse audience. The live orchestra tunes, enchanting illuminations, and floral decorations make the hall a significant attraction for visitors, especially on weekends. During the weekly concerts, songs and instrumental performances pay tribute to the golden era of Pakistani cinema, featuring popular film numbers.
The general public is invited to perform on the stage. Qaiser Javed, the acting teacher at Alhamra Cultural Complex, told Dawn that Talent Hunt is a vibrant aspect of Alhamra that takes place on Thursdays.
