Guddu Barrage on the Indus River is now in a “medium” flood, while Panjnad on the Chenab river recorded “very high” levels as waters rush downstream towards Sindh.
Guddu witnessed “rising” outflows of over 360,000 cusecs, while Panjnad logged in “steady” outflows of nearly 490,000 cusecs, according to FFD’s data last updated at 7am.
Ganda Singh Wala on Sutlej was still facing an “exceptionally high’’ flood, while Trimmu on Chenab and Balloki on Ravi were facing “very high” levels.
