Sharjeel Inam Memon, in his statement, has stressed that the dangers of a possible flood in Sindh “could not be ignored”.

“In view of how the floodwaters decrease or increase, the Sindh government has ensured precautionary measures,” Memon said, adding that his government was in constant communication with its Punjab counterpart.

According to Memon, there was a “low” flood at Sindh’s Guddu, Sukkur and Kotri barrages, as well as at Marala on Chenab in Punjab.
