KARACHI, May 25: Four ships carrying sulphur, chemicals and machinery are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Friday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was active where six ships, Hyundai Highway, Satha Bhum, Iran Baabaei, Seven Star, Y.M. Sun and Corin Thaikos to unload and load containers were berthed.

Sailing was also active as eight ships departed after unload and load containers and general cargo. They are: Kota Teraju, Kota Mesra, APL Pusan, Kota Wangi, Marina-G.R., Darya Yog, Johar and Dubai Gold.

Satha Bhum, Calving P.Titus, Cosmic Challenger, Y.M.Sun, Dusita Naree, Al-Fateh and Elke Aristotal are due to sail out on Friday.

Cargo handling activity at the wharves was active where a total tonnage of 0.105m tons comprising 31,386 tons of export cargo and 73,041 tons of import tonnage was handled.

The following ships are due on Friday: Seven Star, with sulphur, Pacific Sun-2, with sugar, Golden Express, with chemicals and Ricmers Chennai, with machinery.
