Belgium-based Hind Rajab Foundation, a human rights and legal advocacy group, has said that its analysis of the Nasser Hospital attack footage indicates the weapon used was a “guided missile,“ Al Jazeera reports.

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu has described the attack as a “tragic mishap”

But the foundation said such a missile would be consistent with precision-guided systems used by Israel, meaning the operator would have seen or designated “the target before impact”.

The Israeli military, it claims, “therefore knew they were striking medics, civil defence crews, and journalists. This was a deliberate double-tap war crime, not an accident.
