QUETTA: Four bullet-riddled bodies were found in an abandoned area of Basima in Washuk district on Saturday.

According to police, local residents informed the administration about the presence of four unattended bodies dumped in the area. Police rushed to the site and shifted the bodies to the district hospital.

“All four bodies had multiple bullet injuries that caused their deaths,” police quoted doctors as saying. The victims were reportedly killed by unknown people and their bodies dumped in the deserted location.

The identities of the deceased have not yet been confirmed. However, initial reports suggest they may have belonged to the Surab area.
