LAHORE, May 21: A man allegedly stabbed to death his mother over a domestic dispute in Badami Bagh on Sunday. Police said Allah Rakha allegedly stabbed his mother Sughra Bibi, 50, after an exchange of harsh words with her. He managed his escape. The injured woman died in hospital. Her body was sent to the city mortuary for autopsy. A case was registered with no arrest.
Shah Wali, 55, was shot dead by two men, unidentified so far, on his way home at Karim Park in Shafiqabad. His son Abdul Wali told police that his father did not have enmity with anyone. His body was removed to the city mortuary for autopsy. —Staff Reporter
