At least 21 Palestinians have been killed across Gaza since dawn, Al Jazeera reports, citing medical sources.

Among the dead are several people who were attempting to reach aid distribution centres.

Meanwhile, in the past 24 hours, hospitals in the enclave have recorded five deaths from famine and malnutrition, all of them adults, according to the Gaza Health Ministry.

This brings the total number of people who have died from hunger-related causes since the start of Israel’s offensive in Gaza to 180, including 93 children.
