BAHAWALNAGAR, May 16: The district council has adopted a revised budget of over Rs3 billion for the 2005-06 fiscal. District nazim Mian Mumtaz Ahmad Matiana, presenting the revised budget, said that the non-development expenditure had been reduced while allocation for uplift works had been enhanced.
