Two killed in accident

SAHIWAL, May 16: Two members of a family were killed and four injured when a car overturned on the Sahiwal-Pakpattan Road near Chak 81/D on Tuesday evening. Police said a family from Jaranwala had gone to the shrine of Baba Fariduddin Shakar Ganj by their car (FSA-4402). On way back the driver tried to save a donkey-cart which suddenly came in front of the car as a result of which accident took place. Ulfat Bibi and her daughter Samreena, 10, were killed on the spot while four other family members sustained injuries. The condition of car driver Mansoor and minor boy Shoaib is stated to be serious in hospital.
