Lahore: Two minors died while two others were injured when the roof of a house collapsed in Badami Bagh here on Sunday.

The incident took place at Khokhar Road reportedly due to the dilapidated condition of the structure.

As per police, four members of a family, including three kids, were present inside when the roof caved in. Minors Tausif (5), Subhan (7) and Rehan (9) and their grandmother – suffered multiple injuries.

A Rescue 1122 team recovered the injured kids and their grandmother and shifted them to a nearby hospital. However, Tausif and Subhan succumbed to the critical injuries during treatment while the condition of another child was reported to be serious.
