Hazara festival concludes

HARIPUR, May 14: The three-day Jashn-i-Hazara ended at the Curtis ground here on Sunday. District Nazim Yousaf Ayub Khan was the chief guest at the closing ceremony.

The festival is held every year for the farming community of the district on the occasion of wheat harvesting.

Players from different parts of the country participated in the festival. Kabbadi, stone and moongli lifting, tent pegging, traditional stick fight and Gatka fight were held on the occasion.
