The spokesperson for the UN Human Rights Office has called for fuel to be let into Gaza immediately, amid warnings that the territory’s already devastated hospitals could shut down imminently due to shortages, Al Jazeera reports.
Thameen al-Kheetan told Al Jazeera Arabic that supplies of fuel and other aid needs to be brought into the Strip urgently and urged countries with influence over Israel to pressure it to act.
