MANSEHRA: A man and his wife were killed and their three-year-old son miraculously survived when the car they were travelling in plunged into a ravine in Kaghan Valley here on Tuesday.

“We have shifted the bodies to a health facility after retrieving them from the gorge,” SHO Kaghan police station Raja Sajid told reporters.

The family of Mohammad Jamshad from Hazro Attock was on way back to their home town after visiting the Kaghan Valley when the accident occurred. Later, the bodies were transported to their native area.

A three-year-old son of the deceased couple, whose name couldn’t be confirmed, was slightly injured in the accident.

“We have also shifted the surviving minor to a health facility, and his family members are being contacted to take his custody,” SHO Sajid said.
