KARACHI: The National Credit Guarantee Company Ltd (NCGCL) has been assigned the highest credit rating in the country, the company said in a press release on Monday.

The AAA long-term rating by the Pakistan Credit Rating Agency “reflects NCGCL’s institutional strength and financial soundness,” the company said.

NCGCL issues credit guarantees to small and medium enterprises allowing them to borrow money from banks and non-bank financial institutions.”
