NWFP to play in Kabul

PESHAWAR, May 11: North West Frontier Province (NWFP) team will participate in the International football tournament to be played on the occasion of Afghanistan's first Olympic Day from May 14-22 at Ghazi Olympic Stadium, Kabul.

Mohammad Anwar Jekdalek, President Afghanistan National Olympic Committee, said that five teams from Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Iran and Tajikistan would take part in weeklong event being held under the aegis of Afghanistan Football Federation.—PPI
