KARACHI, May 11: The Landhi Town on Thursday presented its annual budget of Rs402 million for the fiscal 2006-07 in the town council for discussion and sought proposals from the council members.

Speaking on the occasion, Town Nazim, Mohammad Ismail Quraishi said the budget was drafted in accordance with the views and proposals forwarded by different UCs of the town.

“We have tried to prepare a balanced budget for which all views have been taken into account,” he said.—PPI
