RAWALPINDI: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi on Mondaycaughtnine students cheating red-handedduring the Intermediate First Annual 2025 examination and suspended the practical examiner in Jhelum for violating the examination standard operating procedures.
According toBISERawalpindi spokesman Arslan Cheema, nine students were caught red-handed from examination centres in Government Hashmat Ali Islamia Associate College Dhoke Kashmirian Rawalpindi, Government Girls Higher Secondary School Dina Jhelum, Government Associate College for Women Jhelum Center B, and Government MC Salamia Higher Secondary School Jhelum.
BISE Chairman Adnan Khan made surprise visits to various examination centres in connection with the Intermediate First Annual 2025 examination and reviewed the examination process. He directed implementation of zero tolerance policy and said examination transparency would be ensured at all costs.
He said violation of SOPs during the examinations would not be tolerated under any circumstances and immediate and strict disciplinary action would be taken against the examination staff who violate rules.
