KU dethrone PU

KARACHI, May 4: Karachi University clinched Pakistan Inter-university tabletTennis title dethroning Punjab University 3-1 in the final on Thursday.

Sindh University took third spot when they beat Greenwitch University 3-2 for third place.

Results (winners name first).

Final: KU bt PU 3-1.

Ahmer Ali lost to Khalil 11-7, 9-11, 13-15, 15-11, 11-6, 3-11, Kashan Edhi bt Fawad 11-9, 12-10, 15-13, Safwan Hashmi bt Umer 7-11, 11-5, 11-2, 11-6, Ahmer Ali bt Fawad 11-3, 6-11, 11-8, 11-6.

Third place: SU bt Greenwitch 3-2.
