PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court on Wednesday ordered transfer and posting of 18 district and sessions judges.

According to an order released by the registrar of the high court, Mohammad Zeb Khan, district and sessions judge (DSJ) Rajab Ali has been transferred from post of judge accountability court to high court as officer on special duty (OSD) for his further posting as judge of banking court, Abbottabad, replacing Abdul Baseer, who has been transferred and posted as DSJ of Lakki Marwat.

Shangla DSJ Nasrullah Khan Gandapur has been transferred and posted in Mardan, whereas special tasks judge in Mardan Nusrat Yasmeen Intikhab has now been posted as DSJ of Mohmand district.

Mohmand DSJ Mohammad Hamid Mughal has been transferred to PHC as OSD for further posting elsewhere. Judge of consumer court in Haripur Muneera Abbasi has been posted in high court as director inspections, replacing Sumbal Naseer, who has now been posted in her place in Haripur.

Another DSJ, Asad Hameed Khan, has been transferred from post of member inspection team (MIT) and posted as Swat DSJ, replacing Safiullah Jan, who has been posted as additional member inspection team-I.

Similarly, additional MIT-I Asghar Shah has been transferred and posted as DSJ of Haripur, replacing Shehnaz Hameed Khattak, who has now been posted as DSJ of Chitral Lower.

The DSJ of Orakzai, Syed Obaidullah Shah, has been posted as DSJ of Khyber whereas Khyber DSJ Haq Nawaz has been posted in his place in Orakzai.

Other transferred judges include Khalid Khan from Chitral Lower to PHC for onward posting as judge of labour court in Haripur, Mamrez Khan Khalil from the post of additional registrar (administration) at PHC to Shangla as DSJ, Phool Bibi from judge of labour court Haripur to PHC as MIT-II, Kashif Nadeem from DSJ of Lakki Marwat to PHC as director human resource and welfare and Adil Majeed Khan from director human resource and welfare to post of additional registrar (administration) at PHC.

The high court has also designated a judge of accountability court, Mohammad Zafar, as administrative judge of accountability courts in Peshawar.
