SWAT: Seven people including two children were killed in different incidents in various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Two children were killed two others received injuries when roof of an under-construction house collapsed in Kotnai area of Khwazakhela tehsil in Swat.

Police said that children were playing near the site when a portion of the structure caved in, trapping them under the debris. Six-year-old Zain Khan and 11-year-old Dawood were killed while nine-year-old Mohammad Zaib and 10-year-old Hilal sustained injuries in the incident.

In Swabi, two persons were allegedly shot dead by their rivals near Marghuz graveyard on Saturday.

Zaida police station officials said that the deceased persons had medical stores in Marghuz and Zaida Bazaar. They were identified as Mohammad Safdar Khan, 65, and Mohammad Babar, 38.

Police said that cause of incident was an old enmity but FIR was not registered till filing of this report.

In DERA ISMAIL KHAN, two brothers were killed in a road accident on Saturday when a speeding trailer collided with their motorcycle on Indus Highway near Daraban Khurd in the limits of University police station.

The victims were identified as Farmanullah and Mahmood Khan.

In Lakki Marwat, the body of a man was found in fields near Mangala area on Saturday.

Police identified the deceased as Arifullah, 37. They said that he was killed with a firearm. They quoted Bushra Bibi, widow of the deceased as saying that Arifullah had left his home at night on Friday and the next day his body was found dumped in the fields with a pistol in his left hand.

Police said that they shifted the body to a hospital for postmortem and registered a case against unidentified killers under relevant sections of law in Dadiwala police station.
