The Israeli military’s renewed assault on Gaza is continuing into its 13th day, according to local media reports and Al Jazeera Arabic.
The Israeli military is shelling areas in the north of the Strip, including the Zeitoun neighbourhood of Gaza City, Al Jazeera quoted the Quds News Network as saying.
Israeli forces are also attacking the town of Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Younis in the south, according to our correspondents. No casualties have been reported so far.
