KARACHI, April 28: The Pakistani women paddlers appearing in the World Team table tennis championship now in progress at Bremen, Germany, earned some consolation by winning two more matches besides losing one the other day.

Pakistan emerged 3-0 victorious against Isle of Man before they got the better of Maldives by the identical margin.

In an earlier game, they went down 0-3 to Iran after accounting for Azerbaijan.

Pakistan-New Caledonia match was in progress at the time of filing this report while the former are slated to meet South Africa in the last group match on Sunday.
