Israel’s far-right Ben-Gvir reappointed as national security minister

Israeli ultranationalist leader Itamar Ben-Gvir has been reappointed to the post of minister of national security, according to the prime minister’s office, Al Jazeera reports.

“The government unanimously approved Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s proposal to reappoint MK Itamar Ben-Gvir to the position of Minister of National Security,” the PM’s office said in a statement.
