LAHORE: The Harbanspura police arrested a policeman for allegedly stealing a motorbike of a man and sent the suspect behind the bars after lodging a theft case against him.

According to the initial police reports, the policeman, later identified as Adnan, was posted in the Judicial Wing of the Lahore police. He was taken into custody when a video clip recorded by a Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) camera showed him stealing the motorbike parked in a street.

The footage later also went viral on social media. The police traced the suspect and arrested him after registering a case.
