Israel has accused Hamas of engaging in “manipulation and psychological warfare” after refusing an outline proposed by US special envoy Steve Witkoff for the bombardment in Gaza, Al Jazeera reports.
“Whereas Israel accepted the Witkoff framework, Hamas remains firm in its refusal and has not budged an inch,” Netanyahu’s office said.
