29 workers recovered

MULTAN, April 25: As many as 29 kiln workers were recovered by a bailiff from a brick kiln, located in the outskirts of the city, court officials said on Tuesday.

They will appear before the court on Thursday.

District and sessions judge Malik Azharul Haq had deputed the bailiff after a kiln worker, Fayyaz Husain, filed a habeas corpus petition.

Those recovered include Riaz Husain, Nawaz Husain, Falak Sher, Khadim Husain, Ijaz Mahi, Ghulam Husain, Ghulam Shabbir, Sardaraan Bibi, Bakhto Mai, Saleem Mai, Khalid, Nazim, Nageena, Tehmina, Shahbaz, Ameer Mai, Shamshad Mai, Rukhsana Mai, Ghulam Farid, Rehana Mai, Zahid, Shamim, Javed, Shahid, Sughra Mai, Qalam Sher, Pervaiz and Shoaib.—APP
