RAWALPINDI: The main suspect in minor maid murder case was sent to jail on 14-days judicial remand after his physical remand completed on Tuesday.

The court ordered the police to produce the accused in the court again on March 11after completion of his judicial remand.

Accused was presented in the court of Magistrate Section 30 Mohammad Imran Qureshi on Tuesday.

The police had also produced the main suspect in forensic lab in Lahore for a DNA test on Monday.

During the investigation, the police recovered the baton used in the violence.

Following the registration of a case, the couple along with a purported accomplice was arrested by the Banni police.

The husband and wife were remanded into police custody for four days each while the co-accused was sent on judicial remand.
