Four people shot dead in Hub, Kalat

KHUZDAR: Four people were shot dead by unknown armed men in Hub and Kalat on Monday.

Officials said the armed men barged into a jewellery shop in Rind Ma­rket area of Sarafa bazar and opened fire.

Police shifted bodies of the deceased to a local hospital. “The deceased include a father, son and the security guard who suffered multiple bullet injuries,” police said.

The reason for the killing was not known so far. Police identified the victims as Wahid Bakhsh, Karim Bakhsh and Manzoor Ahmed.

In another incident, unknown assailants killed a man identified as Abd­ullah Nachari in Kalat.
