The Al Quds Brigade has claimed targeting Israeli forces in the town of Qabatiya, south of West Bank’s Jenin city, with an improvised explosive device as the military’s large-scale operation in the area continued for a 34th day, Al Jazeera reports.

The clashes came as Israeli forces stormed Qabatiya and continued to destroy infrastructure there using bulldozers.

The soldiers, who began their operation just two days after the ceasefire in Gaza, have killed 27 people in the Jenin governorate, wounded and arrested dozens, displaced thousands more and caused “unprecedented destruction” to homes and critical infrastructure there, according to Wafa.
