Ali bags road cycling gold

ISLAMABAD: Ali Ilyas won gold medal in the men’s elite race of the Albarka Bank ninth National Road Cycling Championship which started here at the Iran Avenue on Friday.

Ali of the SSGC won the 112km race in three hours, one minute, and 37 seconds to clinch gold medal. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Umar Farooq claimed silver while SSGC’s Mohammad Shan earned bronze.
