Israeli soldiers have set up new military barracks in the homes of Palestinians they forcibly displaced in Tulkarem in the occupied West Bank, Wafa reports.
The new barracks come as the Israeli army raid on Tulkarem and its neighbouring camps has entered its 21st day, with a Wafa correspondent reporting that more soldiers and army vehicles are being sent as reinforcements.
According to Wafa, at least 15,000 people have already been displaced while soldiers continue to raid homes and stop and search vehicles.
Israeli bulldozers continue to destroy what remains of the infrastructure in the two camps, cutting off water, electricity, sewage and communications networks.
At least two people have been assaulted and injured by Israeli soldiers, Wafa added.
