A stage has been set up at a location in Khan Younis where Israeli captives will be handed to the Red Cross this morning, Al Jazeera reports.
It adds that footage published by the Shehab news agency shows dozens of fighters from the Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, and al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, standing in a square, carrying flags, amid bombed-out buildings.
