DERA MURAD JAMALI: Three men were killed in separate shootings in Bolan and Jaffarabad districts, on Wednesday, officials said.

In the Dhadar town of Bolan, Lal Muhammad and his son Abdul Shakoor Rind were killed inside their home by unidentified intruders, police said, adding that their bodies were handed over to their family after completing medico-legal formalities at hospital.

The motive for the double murder remained unascertained though police believed it was a result of tribal rivalry.

Separately, two men passing by the Sherdil Khan Government High School in the Dera Allahyar town of Jaffarabad district came under attack, police said.

One of them, later identified as Abdul Ghafoor Mirali, died on the spot while the other Sain Bakhsh Bugti who received injuries was shifted to hospital for treatment.
