Red Cross vehicles arrive in Gaza’s Deir el-Balah for captives’ handover

A convoy of International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) vehicles has arrived at a captives’ handover location in central Gaza’s Deir el-Balah, Al Jazeera reports.

Dozens of heavily armed Palestinian fighters and a controlled crowd of civilian onlookers are also at the site.
