A convoy of Red Cross has arrived at a site in Gaza’s Khan Younis, where a second Israeli captive is expected to be handed over, Reuters reports, citing live footage.

Gadi Moses, 80, and 29-year-old Arbel Yahud — both abducted from Kibbutz Nir Oz in the Hamas-led assault on Israel on Oct 7 2023 — hugged one another in the presence of masked gunmen in black uniforms at another exchange site, in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, a video released by Hamas ally Islamic Jihad showed.

The spokesman from the group’s armed wing said on Telegram it had “completed procedures to hand over two Israeli hostages”.
