Gaza death toll hits 45,553 since Israeli invasion last October: health ministry

Israel’s military offensive in the Gaza Strip has killed at least 45,553 Palestinians and wounded 108,379 since October 7, 2023, the Palestinian enclave’s health ministry said in a statement, Reuters reports.
