LAKKI MARWAT: House of an army soldier was partially damaged in a blast in Wanda Faqeeran area of Lakki Marwat district late Saturday night.

An official source said that the incident occurred in the limits of Dadiwala police station. He said that a group of terrorists barged into the house of a soldier, Munib Khan and detained the inmates inside a room.

“They then blew up another room used by the army man with an explosive device,” the source claimed, adding that the terrorists also took away a rifle from the house with them.

The official source said that after the explosion police reached the area and launched a search for the miscreants.
