Al Jazeera received reports that Israel’s military has forced dozens of sick and injured patient to leave Kamal Adwan Hospital.

About 75 patients are now in the courtyard of the facility, which has been under sustained attack for weeks, and many have no protection from the cold weather in Gaza, a Palestinian journalist based in Gaza wrote on social media.

Al Jazeera’s journalist in central Gaza, Hani Mahmoud, reported a short time ago that Israeli officers used loudspeakers to give staff and patients a 15-minute deadline to leave the hospital.

Communication has also been cut at the hospital in what is believed to be preparation for Israeli troops to storm the facility.
