44,580 Palestinians killed in Israel’s military offensive since last Oct: health ministry

More than 44,580 Palestinians have been killed and 105,739 injured in Israel’s military offensive in Gaza since October 7, 2023, the Gaza health ministry said in a statement, Reuters reports.
