NAWABSHAH, April 12: The adviser to Sindh chief minister on fisheries and livestock, Faqir Jadam Mangrio, has said that the Sindh government had not arrested Dr Safdar Sarki and other nationalist leaders.

They might be in the custody of some federal agency, he added.

Talking to newsmen here at the circuit house on Tuesday, he said the province should be provided water share according to 1991 Water Accord.

He said the Sindh government would play its role to get share of water according to 1991 agreement. Mr Mangrio said that no excesses would be committed with the old settlements of Karachi.
