ISLAMABAD, April 10: Two MoUs are to be signed shortly in connection with the construction of a state of the art cricket stadium in Islamabad.

Shakil Shaikh, president of Islamabad Cricket Association (ICA), said that a meeting in this regard was held on Monday which was attended by Pakistan Cricket Board's top director Saleem Altaf and officials of the Capital Development Authority (CDA).

"One MoU will be between the PCB and ICA while the other one will involve the CDA and the Board," Shakil said. "Both the MoUs are to be signed before May 15."

The land for the proposed stadium which will have a seating capacity for about 50,000 spectators is already available in a picturesque setting.
