TOBA TEK SINGH, April 10: A case under the Bonded Labour System Act’s Section 11 was registered by Rajana police on Monday against five people. Complaint Michael Masih, a brick kiln worker from Chak 351 GB, through Rana Azam, chairman of Markazi Bhatta Mazdoor Union, moved the court of additional district and sessions judge against three kiln owners Mehdi Khan, Ashiq Husain and Khalil Ahmad and their servants Ghulam Abbas and Abbas Masih.

He submitted that the accused forcibly kept him for one year in detention on their kiln and when he escaped they caught him again, beat him up and used him as bonded labourer.

He contended that he contacted police for registration of a case but they did not help him.

None of the accused has so far been arrested.

MURDER: A youth was murdered in Chak 700/42 GB on Monday.

Accused Babar had asked Ibrar to stop meeting his sister but he did not do so.

Babar saw Ibrar talking with his sister and killed him.

Arrouti police have registered a case.
