ISLAMABAD, April 10: The delegation of European Commission to Pakistan on Monday launched its fourth annual call for proposals under the European Initiative for Democracy and Human Rights micro projects programme.

Other priorities include reducing the occurrence of torture and supporting the victims of torture; enhancing education, training, monitoring, and awareness on human right and democratic issues; securing equal rights and treatment of persons and people belonging to minorities, irrespective of racial, ethnic, caste and religion; and conflict prevention.
