KARACHI, April 10: As many as 15 successful contestants of ‘My City Art Competition’, organized by Dawn as part of its ‘All About Lifestyles Exhibition’ in December 2005, were given prizes at a ceremony at Haroon House on Monday.

Over 150 schools of Karachi had participated in the competition, which was sponsored by Dalda Foods Ltd. Mr Usman M. Khan, Marketing Director of Dalda, and Hameed Ahmad, judge of the competition, gave away the prizes to students, and appreciated their talent.

The first position went to Anum Ather Jamal of St Joseph’s Convent School, while Amna Raza and Narmeen Navrozally, both from Convent of Jesus and Mary, got second and third positions in the competition.
