ISLAMABAD, April 8: Pakistan has released 2,340 Indian prisoners during the past three years who were involved in different crimes. According to the details, presented by the Foreign Ministry in the National Assembly, it was informed that 2,151 out of 2,340 prisoners were fishermen while 189 were other Indian nationals.
India has released 547 Pakistani prisoners out of which 301 were fishermen.—Online
