PESHAWAR: 9 criminals arrested

PESHAWAR, April 7: Peshawar police nabbed nine proclaimed offenders and seized weapons, police said on Friday. Arrested accused Sheren Agha, Irfanullah, Usman, Khan Zaman, Ashiq Zaman, Wardan Sher, Shahbaz Khan and Habib Gul are wanted in heinous crimes like murder, attempt to murder, kidnapping for ransom and robbery.

9 Kalashnikovs, one rifle, 10 pistols and hundreds of cartridges of different calibres were recovered from their possession. Meanwhile, police have seized four kilograms charas and 10 bottles of liquor from drug peddlers. .—APP
