QUETTA, April 6: An anti-terrorist court has ordered law enforcement personnel to initiate proceedings against Baloch nationalist leader Nawab Khair Bakhsh Mari and two of his sons under section 87 of the Criminal Procedure Code for not appearing before it in connection with a recovery of arms and ammunition case.
Judge Muhammad Ghais Nausherwani on Thursday ordered that action be taken against Nawab Mari and his two sons Nawabzada Hairbiyar Mari and Nawabzada Balaach Mari.
