KARACHI, April 5: Sindh Minister for Women Development Dr Saeeda Malik has said that the government would establish Woman Crisis Centres (WCC) Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas and Nawabshah to enable women to get their problems solved.

She was talking to a delegation representing a WCC which called on her here on Wednesday. The delegation was headed by the centre’s chairperson Dr Mubina Agbotwala.

The minister said women should approach the WCC for legal aid and resolution of their social problems as the centre was providing all possible help to the womenfolk.

Meanwhile, Adviser to the Governor Zohaib Hassan along with his spouse also called on the minister and discussed with her problems relating to women. Dr Malik informed them that the government wanted to give the womenfolk their due status in society according to our religion and laws. — PPI
